These Forums are free to be read by anyone, just like every other Board on the site.
If you want to post a thread or reply, however, you must join the Fan group that corresponds to the Forum.
Such as, If you want to post on the Pokemon Forum, you have to first join the Fan group.
This can be done from your page by going to your profile, then groups, then find the group you want to join, on the far right click the "Join" button.
Once you have joined a group, you may start a thread or post a reply in that Forum.
The purpose for this is so that You only talk with others who know what they are doing and are truly fans of your series.
